Returns And Refunds

Defective Products
• Please contact us if an item arrives damaged or seems defective.
• Provide the order ID number and detailed information regarding the damaged or defective product and we'll be happy to resolve the issue.

Returns Policy
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase and require Product Return Authorization (PRA).
• Returns must include a Product Return Authorization (PRA) Form.
• A re-stocking fee of 20% of the product value is chargeable for returns and exchanges. Original shipping fees and return shipping fees cannot be refunded. 
• Items must be unopened. It must be in brand new condition, with original barcode label and original packaging etc to qualify for a refund.
• Used items cannot be returned for a refund.
• All returns will be reviewed by us to determine if the item is deemed in new condition.  Goodttt reserves the right to decline refund request if the product has been used, opened or in question.
• Returns are processed once a week by our warehouse, so please allow 7 to 10 days after the return is received for it be processed.  An email notification will be sent to you once the return is processed.

Exchanges
• We do not accept exchanges.  We are happy to help process a return and refund for any new and unopened items.  When the refund is processed you may place a new order for an alternative product.
